My summer vaca comes to an end. Truly grateful for a beautiful summer this year. Colorado mostly w a lil California as bookends.

Poured a ton of love into my Woodland Park property. Spent a whole lot of time w my son, mom and love. Prioritized nature nurture. The reset and power up was a success.

The time has flown by and you are now an adult haha. In many ways you are still a kiddo. Really you will be my kiddo forever in this life journey. I appreciate you so much and all the lessons you have taught me. In some ways you are my teacher.

How you handled Catalina in Monterey was boss champion like. I had no idea when you started at that HS you’d do so damn well!!

Please continue to crush life goals. Your next chapter at Scripps is going to be epic, I can feel it.

We’ve come a long way over the last few years. I absolutely love your independence and how much it has helped shape our father daughter bond. We have had close talks that strengthen our relationship. I will be here for ya always kiddo … love #dad

Had a good time w D this am out on a trail. This part of the Rockies is too beautiful. The weather and vibes were perfect for our stroll. Nothing like Gods green earth.

There are no re-dos. Now is the moment. I continue to grow and develop. Forever the student. Forever grateful.

Dancing is one of my favorite was to move energy. My mantra = I Am Love

The body is a temple .. treat it with care yo!!

As an elemental, I enjoy earthing as a form of magical incantations. I have realized a potent way for me to earth magic is this right here. Dancing in nature is a great way for me to be one with earth. It’s lets me talk to the trees but not with words. I also love being alone and focused on the release. Freedom in the moment.
