This Inner Wisdom session will be a beautiful experience for all walks of life. No experience is necessary. We start with a grounding introduction to bring the group into the moment. A space for brief shares and connection is offered. Then we settle into our personal space and commence with a guided breath meditation to awaken your inner knowing. You want to prepare in advance and have your space ready for the session. After the breathwork a soundbath allows for intergration and realigment. Finally a journal prompt and closing gratitude is how we end the session.

Join Zaire Black from the comfort of your own home for a breathwork meditation and a soundbath. Often people request a chance to be in a virtual session for convience and here is an opportunity to do so.

As an elemental, I enjoy earthing as a form of magical incantations. I have realized a potent way for me to earth magic is this right here. Dancing in nature is a great way for me to be one with earth. It’s lets me talk to the trees but not with words. I also love being alone and focused on the release. Freedom in the moment.

The drum is a deep and sacred element of Native American culture, believing the beat of the drum to be in sync with the heartbeat of mother earth.

Drumming can be very therapeutic, helping us to get in touch with our inner selves as well as being a fun way to relax and rejuvenate our mind, body, and soul. Recent research indicates that drumming accelerates physical healing, boosts the immune system, and produces feelings of well being.

Drumming and rhythm is such a powerful tool as it permeates the entire brain. The sound of drumming generates neuronal connections in all parts of the brain
